Do I need a Sizing Kit before ordering?
Yes. A Nailz By Megan Sizing Kit must be completed before submitting a Nail Order Request so I can create your set using your correct sizes.

Can I use measurements or sizes from another press-on nail brand?
No. Nail sizing can vary between brands, shapes, and lengths. Please use the sizes from your Nailz By Megan Sizing Kit.

Do I need another Sizing Kit if I change my nail shape or length?
A new Sizing Kit may be required when changing shapes or lengths, as fit and sizing can vary.

Can I order a design from the Gallery?
Yes! The Gallery showcases previous designs that can be used as inspiration for your set. You can also submit a completely new idea.

Can you recreate a set exactly?
Because every set is handmade, slight variations may occur. Previous designs and inspiration photos are used as references rather than a guarantee of an identical recreation.

How do I order a nail set?
Complete your Sizing Kit first, then submit a Nail Order Request with your sizes, inspiration photos, and design ideas. I'll contact you by email to discuss the design and provide a quote.

How much do nail sets cost?
Pricing is based on your nail length + design tier. Visit the Pricing Guide to view base prices, design tiers, and example pricing. Your final price may vary depending on the exact design, materials, charms, 3D elements, and overall complexity. You'll receive and approve your final quote before payment.

When do I pay?
You don't pay when submitting a Nail Order Request. Once we've finalized your design and you've approved the quote, you'll receive a secure Shopify invoice to complete your purchase.

How long will my nail set take to make?
Each Nailz By Megan set is handmade to order. Please allow 2–14 business days (Monday–Friday) for your set to be created after your Shopify invoice has been paid. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

How quickly will you respond to my Nail Order Request?
Please allow 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday) for a response. I do not process nail requests on weekends.

What comes with my nail set? 

Each nail set includes your handmade press-on nails along with an application and care kit containing nail glue, alcohol wipes, an orangewood stick, buffer files, cuticle oil, and a little candy/treat. ♡

International Customers: Package contents may vary due to international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and carrier restrictions. Certain items—such as liquids, adhesives, or food products—may not be eligible to ship to every country and may be removed when necessary. Your handmade nail set will still be included as ordered.

Can I return or exchange my nail set?
Because each Nailz By Megan nail set is handmade to order using your submitted sizes and approved design, returns and exchanges are not accepted for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference. Please carefully check your Sizing Kit results before submitting your Nail Order Request.

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on my part, or your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible so I can review the issue and help make it right.
