RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Because Nailz By Megan nail sets are handmade to order using your submitted sizes and approved design, all custom nail set sales are final.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:
- Incorrect sizing submitted by the customer
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Slight variations in handmade artwork, color, placement, or design
Please carefully review your sizing information and approved design before completing payment.
Sizing
Customers are responsible for completing a Nailz By Megan Sizing Kit for the exact shape and length being ordered and submitting the correct sizes.
Nail sizing can vary between brands, shapes, and lengths. Nailz By Megan is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect sizing information submitted by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item due to an error by Nailz By Megan, please contact nailzbymegann@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order information and clear photos showing the issue. Once reviewed, I will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Cancellations
Because custom nail sets are made specifically for each customer, cancellations are not guaranteed once payment has been completed.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact nailzbymegann@gmail.com as soon as possible. If work on your custom set has already begun, the order may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
