Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–14 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.
International Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Nailz By Megan has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Please note that customs delays are outside of our control and may affect your delivery timeframe.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Nailz By Megan is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages Nailz By Megan is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
Returns Due to Non-Delivery If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
