Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All Nailz By Megan orders are processed within 2–14 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment has been received. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.

Because nail sets are handmade to order, processing time may vary depending on design complexity and current order volume. If there is a significant delay with your order, you will be contacted by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and shipping method selected.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has finished processing and has been shipped. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Nailz By Megan is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and tracking process.

If your tracking information shows an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier and Nailz By Megan so the situation can be reviewed.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact nailzbymegann@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order information and clear photos of the package and damaged items.

Returned Packages & Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to Nailz By Megan because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or another customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be shipped again.

International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs processing may also cause delays that are outside the control of Nailz By Megan.

Due to international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and carrier restrictions, certain application or care-kit items—including liquids, adhesives, or food products—may not be eligible for shipment to every country. These items may be removed from international packages when necessary. Your handmade nail set will still be included as ordered.
