1. Overview
By accessing this website or purchasing from Nailz By Megan, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully before completing a purchase.

2. Handmade & Custom Products
Nailz By Megan press-on nail sets are handmade and may be created using sizing information, design preferences, and other details provided by the customer. Because each set is handmade, slight variations in color, placement, artwork, or other details may occur.

3. Sizing
Customers are responsible for completing a Nailz By Megan Sizing Kit for the appropriate shape and length and for submitting their sizes accurately. Sizing from other brands should not be used, as sizing and fit may vary between brands, shapes, and lengths.

Nailz By Megan is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect sizes submitted by the customer.

4. Custom Nail Orders & Design Approval
Submitting a Nail Order Request does not constitute a purchase or guarantee acceptance of the requested design.

After reviewing your request, Nailz By Megan will contact you to discuss the design and provide a quote. Your order is confirmed once the final design and price have been approved and your Shopify invoice has been paid.

Inspiration photos and previous designs may be used as references. Because each set is handmade, an exact recreation cannot be guaranteed.

5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Custom nail pricing may vary based on length, design complexity, charms, materials, and other requested details.

Prices are subject to change. Once a custom design and quote have been approved, payment must be completed through the Shopify invoice provided to you.

6. Processing Time
Custom nail sets are handmade to order. Please allow 2–14 business days (Monday–Friday) for your set to be created after payment has been received.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time. Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on design complexity and order volume.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because custom nail sets are handmade to order using the customer's submitted sizes and approved design, returns and exchanges are not accepted for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.

Please carefully review your sizing information, design details, and order before completing payment.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item due to an error by Nailz By Megan, please contact nailzbymegann@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order information and photos of the issue so it can be reviewed.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

8. Shipping
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Nailz By Megan is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when completing their purchase.

9. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Due to international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and carrier restrictions, certain application or care-kit items, including liquids, adhesives, or food products, may not be eligible for shipment to every country and may be removed from international packages when necessary.

10. Product Use
Customers are responsible for following the instructions provided with their products and for reviewing the ingredients and safety information of any adhesives, oils, or other application products before use.

Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nailz By Megan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms
Nailz By Megan may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this website with a revised “Last updated” date.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
